Automatic heavy duty profile foam cutting machine
This machine is mainly used for cutting sponge sheets into two pieces of sponge, standard eggshell type and special partition type, widely used in the production of mattresses, packaging and sound insulation cotton.
The machine is with touch screen & PLC auto control, applied to cut thick foam sheet. the thickness can be up to 300mm, with automatic loading conveyor worktable and press roller, the height of the worktable and press roller are automatic digital control. with bigger teflon coated profile roller, with special teflon coated blade guide, profile roller height is automatic digital control. Equipped with fixed unloading worktable(automatic unloading conveyor worktable is optional)
